How would there be any development in this jungle? It would take at least 2 generation for roads to be built here! Ambegaon? It seems to be so far from Swargate! There were quite a few who missed a golden opportunity by giving such reactions. But then there were those who gauged the leap that tomorrow’s Pune would make and took a quick decision to invest smart, who either individually or along with 1 or 2 friends invested in acres of land. In the recent past, Ambegaon and Katraj which was considered as far off land were reborn as South Pune.
The growth of Bharati Vidyapeeth, Katraj Dairy, VIT caused Katraj to flourish.
